For those interested in a traditional dance experience, these classes meet once a week, for a season that runs September - June. Dancers build on their foundation in every class, perfecting what they've already learned and working towards additional skills of increased difficulty. Choreography is taught and practiced as well, with two separate performances for the year - a holiday performance and our annual spring Recital. Watch your dancer shine onstage after a year's worth of work - they will make you so proud!

For those committed to more training and performance opportunities, this program gives dancers the opportunity to compete against other dance groups in our region via dance competitions. We attend 2-4 competitions per year, mostly local, with an out-of-state competition in the summer. This group of dancers work hard, play hard, and make a TON of invaluable memories together each season!

For dancers who are truly all in — the ones who can’t get enough and may be exploring a future in dance — our Industry Program is designed to meet that passion and help guide the next steps. When a dancer reaches our maxed-out weekly class threshold, it’s clear they’re deeply invested, and we believe in investing right back.
Industry dancers receive the following complimentary opportunities and support:
Unlimited Classes
Once a dancer reaches the maximum tuition tier, they may enroll in additional classes without an increase in monthly tuition. Please note that if added classes include performances, competitions, or recital participation, applicable costume fees will still apply.
Professional Media Opportunities (via Media Day)
Industry dancers receive access to professional media packages through our annual Media Day, made possible in partnership with the TDPNW Foundation. These assets are designed to support dancers with high-quality content they can use for auditions, applications, resumes, and digital portfolios throughout the season.
Marketing & Advertising Opportunities
Industry dancers may be featured across studio marketing efforts, including social media, website content, posters, banners, brochures, and local advertising campaigns — helping them gain comfort, confidence, and visibility in a professional setting.
Assistance with Outside Opportunities
Whether a dancer needs help filming an audition, preparing interview answers, refining a dance resume, or navigating outside opportunities such as workshops, conventions, or internships, our staff is happy to assist at no additional cost.
Industry Class (Ages 12+)
Industry dancers participate in a dedicated monthly class focused on growth beyond traditional technique training. Most weeks emphasize learning choreography in a variety of styles and filming combinations in small groups — mirroring the structure commonly found in major dance hubs. About once a month, the class shifts to professional development topics such as mock auditions, resume building, marketing and branding skills, photoshoots, or content creation.
Additional Training & Experience Opportunities
Industry dancers are also given priority access and encouragement to attend special classes, conventions, intensives, workshops, and unique training experiences designed to broaden their exposure and prepare them for opportunities beyond the studio.
For dancers ready to take the next step.
